Ever walked into a spa or fancy hotel and been offered water with… lemon, cucumber or mint? Well, with this daily detox drink, you can feel like you’re relaxing at the Mandarin Oriental every day of the week! I found this recipe on Pinterest and am starting to drink it daily.
It’s been said to help eliminate toxins and boost metabolism, which aid in weightloss.
- 1 Med. Cucumber
- 1 Lemon
- 10-12 Mint Leaves
- 2L of Water
Chop cucumber, lemon and mint, and place in pitcher or bottle.
Add water. (Let sit in fridge overnight before drinking.)
Drink approximately 6-8 oz. at once or throughout the day. Everyday.
