What you’ll need:
1 Box – Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 Can – Whole Kernel Corn
1/3 Cup Milk
1/2 Stick Butter
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
*Combine all of the ingredients, mixing well. Grease the cupcake tray, and pour mixture to fill 3/4 of the way. (Add shredded cheese or other toppings!)
Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes (until golden).
We decided to bake these to go along with our dinner tonight! They were amazing! I added a little bit of brown sugar, and salt and pepper to the mix to add flavor, but you can really add any seasonings and it’ll taste great.
